We ordered a Berwick sofa and it came in about 2 weeks. We are very pleased with the quality and value of this piece of furniture. I have already recommended this business to other people.

I've placed a large amount of furniture on layaway here and I love this option. I am going to get a house built and this is the easiet way for me to have new furniture while awaiting my home to be built. Brent was so very helpful and their prices are wonderful, especially for the high quality furniture you get here. The customer service Brent and Eli display is remarkable. I have recommended family and friends. I'm sure they will be very pleased with the products. Brent and Eli keep up the good work. I really appreciate you.

Chris with the Austin National Clearance Center goes beyond what most would consider being good customer service. He truly does care about his customers and what he can do to make things right. In this economy, this is a very rare commodity.
6 weeks ago we ordered and paid for home theater seating at what I must admit a very good price. After doing much research on the internet, I found the best deal only a few miles from our home.
An excellent price and dollar savings would be reason enough to give a great recommendation. However, it was the follow through that impressed me the most. Due to a tighten economy, rising gas prices, etc., the manufacturer has been delinquent in delivering the pieces paid for. I understand this is out of Chris's control and I trust he is doing all to get the delivery to Austin. He first extended free delivery in exchange for the delay, then when the shipment was delayed once again, Chris had the floor room sample delivered to our home for us to use until the one we ordered arrived.
I want to thank Chris for turning a negative into a positive not once but twice. Not only will I be back to purchase more from NCC but will recommend them as well to friends and family.

I recently became a new renter and needed everything furniture related. My parents and I went to NCC and were instantly impressed with the furniture and the pleasant personnel we were met by. Brent was wonderful and I have been back in to the store twice now getting other smaller pieces to complete my new living space (he remembered me and what I had purchased, which helped with deciding what else I needed to complete the rooms). I would recommend this place to everyone needing decent furniture on a tight budget.

Our in-store shopping experience was superior. When we got to the store the furniture we chose on-line was not there to sit on etc. However, Natie was very helpful in showing us quality floor models in coordination with our on-line selection to help us choose just the right living room furniture to suite our home. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping @ NCC, thank you Natie!

Bought a Pool Table a few weeks ago....WOW...Love the table and love the the service at Brazos Furniture. The guys that delivered the

I wish there were more sales guys like Nathan... not only did he get us a great price but he did everything he could to make our 4 hours there productive and with four kids that's not easy.

I recently purchased a bedroom set from Jimmie, along with two mattresses for other rooms in my house. Not only did he give me a great deal on the price, but the furniture looks great in my house and is very high quality. Plus, there was an unexpected manufacturer back order on one of the pieces, and Jimmie worked with me to arrange two separate deliveries at no additional cost, so that the rest of my furniture could arrive on time. It was a great experience all around!

I have been purchasing furniture from Austin Furniture (now National Clearance Center) for over 5 years now. Almost every room of my house has been furnished at a large discount from my previous house that I furnished through typical furniture stores in town. My last purchase was a leather living room set that I have been wanting for a few years now and have never been able to afford it until Austin Furniture finally was able to get it for me. I am very pleased with all my purchases and have referred 6 of my friends to purchase products as well. It's very comforting sharing this experience with my friends because I know they will get the best price on what ever they are looking for.
